Residential and business building in the municipality of Cukarica.

 

The design required solving a specific shape of the plot - a triangle, as well as the extreme slopes of the roads. Within the building, 24 apartments and two shops - business premises - have been designed. Parking is solved in two levels with access via car lift. With the adopted architectural solution of the base and facade, the building, despite its volume, is unobtrusive for the surrounding existing buildings of lower floors.
